We are offering you the chance to discover how to cook these ancient culinary delights from the people of Cusco. You will be introduced to a local family who will educate you on their customs and traditions whilst sharing with you their finely tuned recipes.

You will receive the full experience; beginning by travelling to the local market with the female head of the household from whom you will master the art of bargaining for fresh produce. On returning to the family home you will receive instruction on how to cook the most delicious of local cuisines.
